Joseph J Wipf, 62, a carpenter at the Seville Hutterite Colony, passed away March 9, 2010, at his residence from natural causes. Funeral services will be held at noon on Thursday, March 11, at the Seville Hutterite Colony near Cut Bank. Burial will follow in the colony cemetery.
Joseph was born in Magrath, Alberta, on April 9, 1947 to Joseph J and Sarah J (Waldner) Wipf . He was married to Susanna G Hofer. He is survived by his wife and children, Lillian J Mandel, Bluegrass Colony, Warner, AB, Don J Wipf, Wolf Creek, Rosa J Kleinsasser, Seville Colony, Cut Bank, Jerry J Wipf, Cut Bank, and Dave J Wipf, Cut Bank.
Joseph is also survived by his sisters, Sarah G Hofer, Seville Colony, Cut Bank, Susanna Kleinsasser, Big Sky Colony, Cut Bank, Justina Hofer, Rockport Colony, Pendroy, Rebecca Hofer, Rockport Colony, Pendroy, Anna P Hofer, Seville Colony, Cut Bank, Katie G Hofer, Seville Colony, Cut Bank; brothers, Jake J Wipf, Seville Colony, Cut Bank, Andrew J Wipf, Seville Colony, Cut Bank, John J Wipf, Seville Colony, Cut Bank, Will J Wipf, Seville Colony, Cut Bank, Tom J Wipf, Seville Colony, Cut Bank; as well as 13 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his father and his son, Joseph Joseph Wipf.
