Gordon Lyle (Gordy) Steever, 42, of Great Falls died December 28, 2006.
A private memorial service was held at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Shelby, Mt.
Survivors include his mother, Muriel Steever of Shelby; sisters, Diane (Andy) Anderson, Kelley (Gary) Dye; nephews, Craig (Crystal) Anderson, Aaron Dye, Gabriel Dye; nieces, Kellie (Wyatt) Llewllyn, Megan Dye of Williston, ND and Kasey Anderson of Fargo, ND; as well as five great nephews and nieces. Gordon was preceded in death by his father, Lyle Steever.
Gordon was born June 13, 1964 in Shelby, the youngest child of Lyle and Muriel (Staniford) Steever. He attended school in Shelby .
Several years ago Gordon was involved in campaigning for an assisted living complex, South Wind Estates, in Great Falls . When the building was finished, Gordon moved to Great Falls and was one of South Wind’s first residents. Gordon loved photography, music, his computer, family, and friends.
