Deanna
M. Butler, age 45, a homemaker and artist from East Glacier,
passed away Sunday (Feb. 19th) at a Great Falls
Hospital due to organ failure. Visitation is Thursday from noon
until 6:00 p.m. at the East Glacier Park Women’s Club Building.
Memorial services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Methodist
Church in Browning. Whitted Funeral Chapel in charge of

Survivors include her husband Neal
Butler of East Glacier; mother, Pearl Monroe of Roswell, NM;
father, Arthur (Blackie) Monroe of East Glacier; sons, Nick
Monroe of East Glacier and Ryan Butler of Phoenix, AZ;
daughters, Sabrina Monroe of Settle, WA and Elizabeth “Libby”
(Christopher) Mischel of East
Glacier; grandchildren, Haley, Katie &
Kylan; sisters, Judy of Roswell, NM, Lisa & Jenny of
Seattle; brothers, Doug, Skip & Kerry all of Seattle and Tom of
East Glacier.
She was born in Seattle, WA Oct.
3, 1960 where she grew up and was educated. Moved to East
Glacier in 1995 where she married Neal Butler Sept. 5, 1998.
Along with being a homemaker she was a talented artist who loved
doing bead and jewelry work. She also enjoyed fishing and
camping.
Deanna was a fighter who enjoyed
making people laugh. She also enjoyed being mistaken as a twin
to her daughter Libby.
She leaves behind a host of
friends and family and will be missed by all who knew her.
